I don’t think I could have found a better realtor than Janita King, she was there for us every step of the way. We were out of state and she offered to do a face time walk around of the house and property. She showed us lots of positive things about the property, but was honest and also showed us things that needed attention. So when we flew out to see the property I was pretty sure it was what we wanted with no big surprises. Janita was there to answer any questions I had and was honest when she wasn’t sure, and always got the answers in a timely manner.With her local knowledge was so helpful with so many questions I had beyond real estate. Cheryl is truly a professional and always quick to respond to anything. She keeps in touch with both buyer and seller and knows what's going on. She is actually an associate with the realtor who listed our property, but has worked very hard with interested party to "seal the deal" for all of us.
I contacted Cheryl on a piece of property that was on a government foreclose list and if anybody out there has had to do that they will understand what a pain in the butt that is an Cheryl worked on it for me an I was impressed at her persistents thank u Cheryl we didn't get that one but we will get one

No matter what you are looking for in realestate Cheryl Hensley is the one to go to. She not only has the sellers interest at heart but also the buyer. If you tell her what you're looking for and what you're needs are she will search and either find exactly what you want or as close to it as is available and only show those to you. She is as honest as it gets and you can always count or her to do the best job possible for you. I would have to say she is the only agent I know that has a heart of gold and will help anyone she can with only the honesty and love that is Cheryl.

Cheryl has been simply amazing through our entire process. We were nervous about moving from a life of convenience to a home where we have to pack a lunch to go shopping. After a no show from another agent, for which we drove 8 hours to meet, Cheryl stepped in and showed us the location we wanted to see. We were disappointed in the amount of work it would have taken to make the place ready to move in. However, Cheryl listened to our needs and on the same day had another place to look at. It had everything. With some tough negotiating and much reassurance from Cheryl, we now have our dream place. I have bought and sold real estate for over 40 years, using many different real estate agents I demand Professionals. When it came time to sell some family property I chose a different broker and that soon ran into problems. I decieded to give Cheryl a try and I am so Happy I did. She went to the property and walked the entire property and made a very Professional assesment for me. We discussed the Term of the agreement in detail.
